Lifting & Transfer Stations

Grey Water Lifting Plant

A various range of different grey water lifting station is available to allow installations of showers or wash basins below the main piping route or if a shower or wash basin is on opposite side of the main stream which is not reachable on gravity flow. The tank body can be choose either from composite material or stainless steel. Pump stations are available with one pump or as dual pump arrangement.

Type: Muli Mini DDP, SINKAMAT

Galley Grey Water Lifting Plant

Galley grey water contained grease which needs to be separated before entering the sewage treatment plant. To allow a good separation in a grease trap or much more efficient grease separator, the lifting plant should always be equipped with eccentric snail pumps to allow that grease will be unaffected during transferring. Centrifugal pumps will mix and cut the grease and an emulsion will occur. This means that a separation in a grease trap or separator can´t be guaranteed.

Type: ACO Galley Water Lift

Black Water Lifting Plant

A various range of different black water lifting plants are available. These lifting plants are available with centrifugal pumps or vacuum pumps with a small buffer tank.

Black water lifting stations are required for single toilets which are on the other side of the main black water piping system or below the sewage treatment plant to lift into the system. The tank body can be choose either from composite material or stainless steel. Pump stations are available with one pump or as single pump arrangement.

Type: Muli Star-DDP, Muli-PE-S, Muli-PRO

Transfer Stations

Often there is a requirement in wastewater systems to pump treated water between ship tanks or overboard. This can require high discharge height capabilities of up to 40 meters. Transfer stations using the rotary-lobe pumping principle, have powerful electric drives to meet the most demanding of discharge requirements.

Condensate Water Lifting Plant

ACO Marine was asked to deliver lifting stations for condensate which will come by gravity into the lifting station. We choose one of our existing units and modified it according to the customer’s request. The original tank was modified with sockets to allow the customer to install level sensors for monitoring. The inlet height, connection and welding process was changed as well to comply with customer’s standard.
