ACO LipuSmart - full disposal with integrated lifting plant

LipuSmart combines all key functions for the disposal of greasy wastewater in one single product. LipuSmart is a grease separator with integrated sampling unit, a lifting plant and a control system for the general plant. The compact design of the system makes LipuSmart easy to plan and install, compared to other separator systems. Interim piping of grease separator, sampling pot and the lifting plant is already integrated to the plant. As well, only one ventilation pipe instead of two must be installed.

ACO LipuSmart: the 4in1 solution.

Ground installation

Full disposal

A grease separator for full disposal works purely physically using the gravity principle (different densities), i.e. heavier wastewater constituents sink to the bottom, light materials such as e.g. animal oils and fats rise in the grease separator to the top. Via the outlet socket the cleaned wastewater is fed into the sewage system. These separators can be supplied as oval, circular or segmented versions for ease of delivery. They are made of stainless steel or polyethylene.

Partial disposal

A grease separator for partial disposal also works purely physically using the gravity principle (different densities). The separated materials (grease and sludge) are collected in separate containers. Via an outlet socket the cleaned wastewater is fed into the sewage system. Grease separator for partial disposal are ideally suited to installations without a direct access for drainage vehicles. They are made of stainless steel or polyethylene.
