ACO Marine was assigned with complete engineering, design, manufacturing and delivery of the complete waste water treatment system. The system consists of a black and grey water collection system, transfer system and grease separation system an final treatment system. All systems must be on the highest technical, design and reliability level.
Vessel description
Exclusive, 96 meter (315 ft) long yacht of the highest possible standard. The name, owner and shipbuilder are not disclosed for obvious reasons. Assignment was very demanding in terms of performance, absolute reliability and footprint size. Total requested capacity was 22 m3 per day with 100% redundancy.

Aco Marine was assigned with assistance and consultancy, manufacturing, delivery and assistance with installation of the system for collection, transfer and treatment of water contaminated with kitchen grease.
Vessel description and assignment
130m long, exclusive yacht Sunflower meets the most demanding wishes of its owners and their guests. Its name and owner are not disclosed. The same counts for the commissioned shipyard.
The assignment required the most reliable equipment resulting in the highest demands of the latest forms and requirements for the maximum capacity effectiveness. Overall demands for the capacity were calculated to the galley water for 400 passengers in total.
ACO Marine cooperating with the shipyard engineers proposed a complete system for treating the effluent water.
